Jennifer Thompson is an early childhood teacher with over 20 years of experience. She has a passion for science education in the early years, supporting children to explore and investigate the world around them. Jennifer enjoys learning collaboratively so NSTA conference have been a great place to connect with colleagues. After teaching in Alaska for 20 years, she accepted a position to teach second grade in Brasilia, Brazil. She is now teaching at the American School of Brasilia, supporting early childhood teachers as a teacher leader in science and continuing to learn and advocate for best practices with young children.
