Pavi is an entrepreneur in the field of children’s education with over 22 years of work experience in Information Technology and Education, focusing on Learning Design, Content Creation, Training, Operations, Sales, Marketing & Project Management. She founded Mindbytes through which she creates and provide year-round programs that address core skills and deliver enrichment for children. between ages 3 and 18 years. She has been an advisor for Education and Research based projects, including strategic planning, curriculum design, course development, training and integration for ed-tech startups, non-profit organizations and libraries. She is a part of the Leadership Team for the South Jersey STEM Innovation Partnership Network, goal to broaden participation of African-American, Hispanic, and Female school students in STEM programs and help build CTE programs that provide a K-16 continuum. She also chairs early childhood learning priority at the New Jersey STEM Pathways Network. She is also on the board for New Jersey Association for Gifted Children and giving cycle. She is also a faculty member at the Governor’s School of Engineering at Rutgers University during summer.
