
Dr. Trudy Giasi is an Assistant Professor of STEM Education at Southeast Missouri State University. She has experience in PK-12 Science/STEM education as well as the arts serving in a variety of roles including middle school classroom teacher, district science/STEM coordinator, professional development provider, and grant program coordinator. Dr. Giasi currently works with pre-service undergraduate and graduate teacher candidates and teaches courses in integrated educational technology and STEM teaching methods. She collaborates with a variety of school districts throughout the country as well as state-level education departments to develop cohesive and integrated STEM programming. Dr. Giasi is a passionate educator and STEM advocate that works with stakeholders across the country to promote STEM Education awareness and increase the opportunity for all students to engage in high-quality, authentic STEM experiences.
